Abstract
We report a case of a 34 year old male with AIDS who presented to the hospital with abdominal pain and dyspnea. He received a comprehensive work-up including extensive imaging and biopsies revealing high grade mature B-cell lymphoma with features consistent with Burkitt’s Lymphoma with concomitant Ebstein Barr viremia. This case demonstrates the need for vigilance when assessing patients with HIV or AIDS for lymphoma with vague complaints and no identifiable source of infection.
