Abstract

We present an extremely rare case of a patient incidentally found multiple coronary artery fistulae also involving a third coronary artery. In our case the patient was diagnosed in the seventh decade of life and due to minimal clinical symptoms did not require further intervention. The case presents a rare combination of an anomalous coronary artery and multiple coronary artery fistulae.
