Dr. He’s lab investigates the mechanisms and pharmacology of chronic pain and addiction. We apply the power of molecular biology, epigenetics, targeted delivery, and others to elucidate the neurobiological mechanisms underlying chronic pain and drug addiction. Current projects focus on cancer pain, opioid tolerance & dependence, and sickle cell disease. Please check He Lab to learn about our research.
