Research Area: Bioinformatics research centered on the evolution of opioid receptor protein sequences by modeling of receptor sequences using computer programs. Research goal is to produce 3D structural models of vertebrate opioid receptors capable of determining changes in ligand-binding pockets during vertebrate evolution.
